A stone-faced 1938 villa by the early Korean architect Kim Se-yeon, which became the home and office of independence leader Kim Gu after 1945 and the place he was assassinated in 1949. It now stands inside the grounds of Kangbuk Samsung Hospital, restored as a museum with his rooms.
Getting in: Tue–Sun 9:00–18:00, free; guided talks most days. Enter through the hospital grounds, about 10 minutes from Gwanghwamun or Seodaemun stations.
