A city-run base for Daehangno's theatre makers, built after rents pushed small companies out. The red-brick block is broken into many short walls and outdoor stairs, a passage on the second floor links two streets, and the sloping site lets you walk in on almost every level up to a roof garden. Excellence prize, 2026 Seoul Architecture Award.
